Do you allow drop-in days?
Yes! When space is available drop-in days are okay. We will always try and accommodate to our families as best as we can.
What is a Finder’s Fee?
A $10 finder’s fee is charged to school age kids who are not at their school during their scheduled pick-up time and schedule pick up days. We have to move quick in the afternoons, if your child was absent from school without notice from home we are slowed down as we have to communicate with the school and home to find your kid. It is not the school’s job to tell us your kid is absent, they have been wrong before. We take safety very serious at Treehill.
How far in advance do we need to cancel days?
We understand that sometimes life has last-minute changes so we ask that if there is a schedule change to give us at least a 2 week notice. The day before or day of is okay as well.
Do I need to provide food for my child when they are there?
No, we serve USDA approved meals and snacks throughout the day. These meals come at NO EXTRA CHARGE to you. Food from home is welcome, however, we cannot heat it up.
What is your sick policy?
Children who become ill must be out of care for at least 24 hours and can return once they have been symptom-free without the use of medicine during that time.
Does my Preschooler need to be potty trained?
They do not! We help students with training and getting them comfortable going on the toilet.
Do I need to provide diapers for my preschooler?
Yes, if your child is still in pull-ups or diapers you must provide those as well as extra clothes for the occasional accident during potty training.
