Preschool And Pre-Kindergarten

Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms provide a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and grow. We believe children learn best through hands-on experiences, meaningful interactions, and opportunities to develop independence, creativity, and confidence.

A Balance of Structured Learning & Play

While our program is play-based, we offer a structured, teacher-led curriculum each morning from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Our daily learning experiences are thoughtfully designed to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Activities include:

  • Sensory exploration and hands-on learning

  • Music, movement, and dance

  • Circle time and group learning

  • Letters, numbers, and shapes

  • Social-emotional learning and relationship building

  • Arts, crafts, and creative expression

  • Outdoor play and exploration

  • Indoor gym play and gross motor development

Rest & Afternoon Play

From 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, children have a designated rest and nap period to recharge for the remainder of the day. During the afternoon, our classrooms transition to a more relaxed, play-based schedule that allows children to follow their interests, engage with their peers, and explore their environment. Teachers continue to provide enriching, teacher-led activities throughout the afternoon to encourage learning and development.

Strong Family Communication

We believe a strong partnership between families and teachers is essential to every child's success. We use the Brightwheel app to provide daily communication, classroom updates, and important information, helping families stay connected to their child's experiences and progress at Treehill.

Potty Training Is Not Required

We welcome children who are at different stages of development, including those who are still learning to use the toilet. Children do not need to be fully potty trained to join our Preschool or Pre-Kindergarten program. We are committed to supporting each child's individual needs and developmental milestones in partnership with their family.

Before and after school care k-5th

Treehill Dayschool proudly provides transportation to and from select local schools, offering families added convenience and peace of mind. We currently serve the following schools:

Non school days/ Summer care

We provide full-day care for our K–5th grade students on non-school days and throughout summer break, and other school breaks. Our school-age program offers a fun, engaging, and enriching environment where children can stay active, build friendships, and explore new interests.

Students enjoy a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, organized group games, and special outings scheduled two to three times per week. Our goal is to make every day an opportunity for fun, connection, and memorable experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
